  • As a counseling intern, I am committed to fostering a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions. With a person-centered approach at the core of my practice, I prioritize building trusting relationships with my clients. I have a special interest in supporting young women as they navigate through life challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, self-esteem issues, or are simply seeking guidance in navigating life’s transitions. No matter what it is, I am here to support you every step of the way. I believe the power of collaborative exploration and empowerment, guiding individuals towards self-discovery and growth.

The counseling journey can be challenging, but it doesn't have to be solemn. I strive to infuse our sessions with a sense of warmth, understanding, and even a touch of levity. While we tackle the tough stuff, I'm here to ensure that our time together feels not only therapeutic but also enjoyable. My goal is to create an environment where laughter and growth go hand in hand, where we can explore deep emotions while also finding moments of lightness and joy. Together, we'll embark on a journey that's both enriching and uplifting, guiding you towards a brighter, more fulfilling path.
